“I just wasn’t really happy with myself. I found myself comparing my body to everyone else’s, so I kind of decided that if I’m going to sit there and complain, I might as well do something about it. I started eating a little better and working out. It was hard, but I made it a habit, so I’m not making time for it; it’s just a part of my day. It’s just been more of a ‘me’ thing. Be careful, though. Do this only to make yourself happy and not anyone else. You can get wrapped up in a lot of bad parts of it, but you don’t want to focus on the negative. If you want to be happy, just do it for yourself. Think about the image you want to see in the end.”
